OUR STORY
The Latin Pig Restaurant is a family owned and operated business. We focus on providing true Cuban flavors, as though you are eating in my Mommas kitchen. My mother, a 60 year old with a lifetime's worth of experience, is the chef of our restaurant. She's always had a passion for cooking, and nothing makes her happier than cooking delicious Cuban meals for her family.
I once asked my Momma, how could she possibly cook for all our customers as passionately as she cooks for us? She answered, "I simply continue to cook for my family, but now my family has gotten bigger."
The moment you set foot in our restaurant the scrumptious Cuban aromas coming from my mother’s kitchen will envelop you. Your taste buds will feel the love and passion by which the food is prepared daily.
The cuisine that we serve today can trace its roots back to the 16th Century, a fusion of Cuban, Native Latin American Indian, and Caribbean influences. Our food is healthy, prepared daily on site, genuine to our homeland and full of flavor. As our guest, our friendly and outgoing staff will serve you promptly. It is our promise to consistently deliver quality dishes and exceptional customer service, while dining in our authentic Havana 1950's décor.
